- exchanging its own record or for the record of others in banknotes, coins, items, – making ventures as speculation consultants, – acting like the approved escrow specialist, – holding protections on the store.
The Crypto exercises permitted:
- offering types of the assistance of trade virtual (cryptographic money against the fiat or another crypto and the other way around,
- giving crypto-collateralized credits,
- giving virtual wallet benefits (the permit covers administrations when the wallet keys are made and held while the assets have a place with client),
- lawful rights to sell, exchange and store computerized resources
- ICO (installment and utility tokens)
Organization’s targets:
- Swiss Public Limited Company (AG)
- Registered in 2019 with the License/Authorization allowed in mid-2020
