The School GmbH, with a share capital of CHF 20,000, has a bank account in euros and Swiss francs. The school is registered in the Swiss Federal Register of Companies.
Language school offers a wide variety of courses and educational programs, facilitating integration into the job market or improving linguistic abilities, be they of a professional, cultural, general, or specific nature. A specially tailored program will be drawn up corresponding to each student’s pre-existing knowledge and personality. Moreover, the school tries to further cultural exchange between students by imparting lessons on the language’s literature and history.
The Company is not only a language school, but also an officially acknowledged and certified translation office. We supply clients with translations of any type and language, while also offering a very fast and efficient service.
The 120 square meter school in Ascona consists of three classrooms, an office, a kitchen and a toilet. There are 15 teachers on staff.
The Company is sold with all programs, certificates, accreditation, teaching material and equipment. Owner has only one wish, that the staff that has been in place for years stays with the new owner. If help is needed in the early days (but no more than five years from the time of sale), I am willing to stay on staff as well.
Annual turnover: between CHF 480,000 and CHF 530,000.
