At Cincinnati, we offer three main class formats, each lasting 50 minutes and using 11 different props.

• Barre: This is our original isometric full body workout designed to increase physical endurance and mental toughness. From week to week we use a wide variety of props, modifications and playlists to keep you entertained.
• Brawl: Our internationally recognized cardio kickboxing class will test your coordination and endurance to the limit. You’ll punch, sweat, and feel like a true warrior when you leave the gym!
• Strength Training/Bootcamp: Lift your favorite Bootcamp gear (bodybar and medball) while cycling through functional movements with weights. This low-impact session will help you strengthen your muscles, improve your technique and increase your overall performance.

Our Cincinnati studio opened in the spring of 2017.

In our first two years, we focused on three key market areas:

• Establishing corporate partnerships with nearby recreation companies.
• Developing relationships with management companies that control local luxury apartment buildings.
• Conducting a multi-week series of free spring/summer classes with local organizations.

In years three and four, we began investing more in partnerships with local small businesses that align with our brand mission, developing social media cross-promotions to increase brand awareness and engage customers/members in promotions.
