On this territory, there is an unexplored natural gas reserve with a total area of 43 536.85 ha. According to the researches that were carried out on-site the gas reserve for sale here can be explored for a period from twenty to approximately one hundred years, depending on the heights of the drillings.  Official exploration studies and reports are available. The reason for the sale is lower funds for exploration by the owner.
