The Bar has been in the hands of current owners for the past 25 years, and is only now being offered to the market so that our customers can enjoy a well-earned retirement.
The public bar is a popular meeting place for locals, where they can play darts or sing karaoke evenings. New operators may want to expand their existing entertainment, as Quiz Nights, Live Music and Sky Sports are all potential opportunities for business expansion in the future.
The bar for sale is an attractive stand-alone building, with a public house on the ground floor and private premises directly above it. In front of the room there are two entrances with access to the bar and the living room through the front porch.
The pub is very magical with traditional wood bar and goat laid out bar stools. There are three separate shelters where locals can enjoy a drink and socialize in the cozy section of the pub. The pub has various seats and tables, the walls are decorated with a variety of dishes, photographs and paintings; including two paintings of the Eglinton Bar, which have been donated by customers over the years.
Common areas serve toilets for women and men.
The cellar is located at the rear of the building, leading to an external stone shopping area. New owners may want to make more use of this large storage area, subject to agreement.
