This app for sale has several tasks. Firstly, it plans the most suitable route, then chooses the transportation mode and provides careful freight handling. It means that you can submit your request and include the shipment details, and we will check your request and suggest several effective solutions. As soon as the most suitable solution is selected, we provide the carrier. The broker agent can apply for employment on the web application. There are 4 types of services: Expedited Shipping, LTL Shipping (Less than truckload freight shipping), International Shipping, AirFreight. Every broker agent can submit a request and every client can read Frequently Asked Questions, the useful information, or be provided with help if necessary.
Personal account
Personal account has many sections: Dashboard, My orders, My quotes, Track shipping, Account, Notifications. You can see the history of your orders and quotes, change personal information and in the section “Notifications” you can find an update of the load’s status.
CRM system settings
The CRM system for sale was developed for dispatchers allowing them to communicate with drivers and clients. You as a dispatcher can check the unloading of the load, to complete all information when at any suitable time; it works as a Puzzle.
