Investment Highlights:

  • Investors will benefit from a refund of the IMI municipal transfer tax by the state, exemption from annual property taxes, and a guaranteed 3.5% return for five years, payable one year post-investment.
  • Construction is slated to commence in the first quarter of 2023, with the hotel opening its doors in 2025.
  • After six years of operation, the hotel will be sold, and the proceeds will be allocated as follows: investors will receive a full refund of their initial investment (280,000 €), while the remaining profits will be equally divided between the fund management company and the 98 investors.

Additionally, investors are granted complimentary stays at the hotel for up to four weeks annually, including one week during the high season, one week in the mid-season, and up to two weeks in the low season, offering a tangible return on investment through luxury and relaxation.
